What details should bride prepare before Wedding Day?
I absolutely love discussing the Wedding photography details with my brides. They are usually excited and happy to think about all the items that could be included in the first part of their Big Day. I’m very often asked, during our pre wedding consultation call on What details should bride prepare before wedding day. I adore the enthusiasm and the stories behind each and every item they include. As much as my bride put much of the thought into her own list, they may often overlook less subtle things that can bind the story of her day together

I’m very often asked, during our pre wedding consultation call on What details should bride prepare before wedding day. I adore the enthusiasm and the stories behind each and every item they include. As much as my bride put much of the thought into her own list, they may often overlook less subtle things that can bind the story of her day together.
Why to bring the details:
They carry the story, they are actually one of the first things that I photograph even before I ever photograph any of the people in the bridal suit. It allows me to move from getting into the location to capturing the day. That also allows to bride and bridesmaids to get familiar with me and it eases the transition so that they get a chance to be more comfortable with me in a room. I highly encourage my brides to think of the details that they want me to style that day as They enrich the day as you get to be distracted for a moment and to focus on them. After I photograph the details on flat surface, you will bet a chance to get ready and you will use some of those details as a prop, to make you feel that you can hold onto something, to make you more comfortable in front of my camera.
When to prepare hem:
In my opinion the best way to prepare for stress free wedding day is to prepare two weeks beforehand. If you book a wedding with me will be having a conversations about it way in advance before the big day and for reminder two weeks beforehand,
What to bring:
It is absolutely not a must to have all the items mentioned below, but it will help you to create a beautiful story of your day. Make sure that all items included in the Wedding photography details portion of your wedding day, are cherished things that you want to include and that they all tell a story of your life and your character. That being said I recommend the items from the list bellow to be considered:
As you start planning, keep a list of the important items you will want to be photographed! This way you can start placing them aside and have them ready. Here are some items we recommend:
- Engagement ring and wedding bands.
- Ring box.
- Wedding dress on a custom hanger.
- Jewelry that will be worn on your wedding day
- Your perfume.
- His and Hers vow book.
- Invitation Suite
- Any other paper stationery you may have like program cards, Save The Dates, etc.
- I’d love to have a few cuts of the florals you’ll be using throughout your wedding day. If your florist will supply me with a few extra pieces and flowers, I can incorporate those in your detail shots.
- Any other sentimental keepsakes you would like to include.
