Hudson Valley Engagement Session | Brittany & Greg

Brittany and Greg’s Hudson Valley engagement session was one of those evenings that reminded me why I love what I do. We started at Circle Park in Glen Spey, New York, before making our way to the rocky shoreline of the Upper Delaware River, where we ended the evening surrounded by a beautiful golden sunset.

From the moment Brittany and Greg arrived, they were full of excitement and ready to make the most of our time together. Their joyful personalities and genuine connection made every part of the session feel effortless. They laughed together, embraced every little moment, and fully trusted the process, which always leads to the most authentic photographs.

We began our evening at Circle Park in Glen Spey, where the peaceful setting gave us the perfect place to ease into the session. Surrounded by lush greenery and quiet walking paths, Brittany and Greg were completely present with one another, making it easy to capture genuine moments that reflected their relationship.

As the evening unfolded, we made our way to the rocky shoreline of the Upper Delaware River, which marks the border between New York and Pennsylvania. The change in scenery added so much variety to their gallery. Between the textured river rocks, calm water, and sweeping views, it felt like the perfect place to slow down and simply enjoy the moment together.

One of my favorite parts of this Hudson Valley engagement session was that we never felt rushed. We took our time exploring the shoreline, allowing the evening to unfold naturally. As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the warm golden light wrapped around Brittany and Greg, creating the dreamy sunset portraits every couple hopes for.

Knowing they’ll soon be saying “I do” at Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain Inn made this session even more meaningful. After spending the evening getting to know them, I know their wedding day will be filled with the same joy, laughter, and genuine love that made this engagement session so memorable.
